Delivery Information
We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1 working day of payment being received*. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel Express, Registered and Traced (Signature required on delivery).
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for eParcel Express delivery by Australia Post. If you are ordering more than one product on the same order, you only pay the delivery charge for the first product.
Stockings and Panties are FREE Post, they will be sent via Regular Post. If you required Express Post please advise prior to ordering as a charge of $10.00 will be added to your order and sent via eParcel.

*The majority of our items are IN STOCK ready to ship immediately payment is received. However, there may be times when we maybe out of stock, in which case we will give you the option of either waiting for delivery, usually withing 14 days or a full refund will be given if you would prefer.
Returns....
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We thoroughly check products prior to postage for any defects. If you receive a garment that is defective in anyway please notify us immediatly upon receipt of garment. Please check our size chart for sizing. If in any doubt of size you should order please email us and we will gladly measure any garment prior to placing order, this will ensure an informed choice.
